This five track sampler was released to promote the forthcoming
 Best of 1990 - 2000 compilation which was due to arrive in November of 2002.
The first promo for the album other than the lead single, was a
 compilation of tracks to be found on the compilation.  Of note is the new mix
of Staring at the Sun, remixed exclusively for this compilation, and a new version
of Mysterious Ways (Slightly different lyrics from previously released versions.)
